The Awakening of Graye Moon is a story about friendship. When we get to know people and become comfortable with them, sometimes feelings emerge. While writing this book I became curious about how often this actually happens. So, I decided to have that be a part of my giveaway. If you’d like to participate, please go to my blog and leave a comment answering the following question. At any age have you ever developed feelings for a friend? If so, what happened? If you haven’t but they have for you then leave a comment about that. The answer just has to be a few sentences. The winner will be selected randomly. Thanks for participating! Good luck!

It was the day I left the States to fly home to Britain. Several of us from the office had had lunch together, and afterwards I kissed her goodbye. She ran off through the rain, back to her car. At that point, if the CEO had said, “Go with her, I’ll sort out the paperwork,” I’d have done so. However, he didn’t, and I went to the airport instead. Overnight transatlantic flights are never fun, but that one was the worst ever.

My best friend and I decided to try being more than friends. We were skeptical but all our buddies said we made the cutest couple. So we agreed and not much changed other than holding hands on the bus. Then he kissed me and we both knew right away…eh…we’d better stick to being best friends. Lol.
Great giveaway for an awesome release. I love the title btw and what you do for the Homeless LGBTQ Youth is an extraordinary thing.

Is this the right way to comment?
Actually, I don’t I have really develop feelings with any of my friends yet. I’m still young, and it feels a little weird to be with one of my friends.
