LGBT Homeless Youth

17 Sep

I write for many reasons. One of the reasons is to support LGBT Youth. The number of homeless LGBT youth continues to grow and I want to do my part. 10% of the proceeds from my books will go to support two homeless youth programs. Of course, I’ve selected one in NYC and the other is in the Charlotte area. I will have a donate button on this blog. I have selected this group of LGBT Youth because I can’t imagine the abandonment they feel. Society has forgotten them. They are homeless because their parents, in some cases, tossed them out due to their sexuality. The thought of a teen sleeping on a park bench or on a cardboard box upsets me a great deal. PLEASE help me do my part to help them.
