J is for joy…

11 Apr

What brings you joy?

Each day I find something to do that brings me joy. It could be as simple as taking a walk through my neighborhood. Life is flying by and sometimes that makes you feel like you’re just missing out on so many things. Life sometimes makes us forget how important it is to live life and not just exist.

People focus on their jobs and work everyday without a “real” break. Before it’s too late we really do have to allow joy to seep in making our life better than it was before.

This is such a great point. It always amazes me how fast life goes by and sometimes it’s really easy to get caught up in it all.
