Sometimes we get distracted by things not working out as quickly as we want them to. We forget to be patient and lose our motivation. What I’ve learned to realize is that things that are meant to be will be. We have to keep our stride never slowing our pace. We can’t make things come faster. So we have to simply hold on and wait.
People who have never had weight issues think losing weight is easy. If it was most people wouldn’t be overweight. Motivation plays a big part in losing weight like everything else. Motivation is the key to success. You can sometimes flip a switch and be motivated and days later have someone discourage your efforts resulting in the loss of motivation.
Focus on the end result and stay motivated until it comes to be.
